I don’t know about you, but I am tired of dry and soulless lectures (not only in the online sphere!) that solely focus on pouring information into people’s heads. In an overly intellectual world, I am curious about how to create learning experiences that have their focus not only on delivering knowledge, but equally focus on how participants are feeling during workshops — incorporating the multifacetedness of our being.

In this 1,5h interactive workshop, you will learn how to facilitate nourishing & co-creational spaces with the help of simple yet profound embodiment & community/connection-building methods.

How to safely structure and hold space in workshops that go beyond the delivery of information.

How to work with the body to create a more dynamic & holistic experience.

Methods to design workshops in a co-creational & interactive way.

Methods & frameworks to create emotional connection & depth between participants.

Embodiment & emergent facilitation principles — the inner attitude of the facilitator.
