I invite us to slow down together at the turn of the year—to sense within. To look back. To acknowledge what was. To honour what was. A space to consciously integrate. A space to arrive deeply in our bodies and in the present moment. To feel ourselves, to clear ourselves, to align ourselves—before we dive into a new cycle.
How are you? How are we? How are we doing in times of war and advancing climate change? How are we feeling with all that is happening—ourselves in the midst of it fighting our individual struggles, dancing our own delicate dances through all of it.
I invite you to reflect. I want to hear from you and feel you. I invite us to listen. To listen to our bodies. To listen to each other. To listen to the soil. To listen to the invisible. How can we tend to ourselves, to each other, more deeply? How can we nurture resilience and joy in times of crisis?
This two-part ritual is a love poem for you, for us, for the soil that we walk on and the more-than-human community.
Let us step into the new cycle with full hearts, grounded feet and hopeful visions.
